A flavorful compound butter that works great with chicken, and other meals of your choice.
Ingredients
1stickbutter (salted), softened
2Tbspdried tarragon
1tspmustard powder(I use Penzeys)
1Tbspdried chives(I use Penzeys)
1/2tsproasted garlic powder(I use Penzeys)
1Tbspwhite wine vinegar
Instructions
Mix ingredients thoroughly with a hand mixer on high speed. When incorporated, roll into a log and wrap in parchment paper. It will be ok in the refrigerator for 1 week. For longer-term storage, freeze in a freezer bag and take out as needed.

Upon searching, I couldn’t find a recipe for this combination that I liked, so I used some other recipes as a guideline to create the amounts I used.
