From My Kitchen to Yours
Goat Milk Soap, Whole Foods & Sustainable Living

At Preserving My Sanity, I believe in knowing the source of the food we eat, the products we use, and the skills that bring us back to basics. From preserving the harvest to crafting small-batch goat milk soap, my journey is all about learning by doing – and sharing that knowledge with you.
Join me in supporting local farmers, choosing natural ingredients, and embracing a more intentional way of living.
This soap smells so good! Great lather, perfect amount of cleansing and moisturizing, and lasts well. I feel like other soap bars I’ve used just evaporate within a week or two but these soaps last me at least a month!
These soaps are super moisturizing and they lather up perfectly. Knowing the care the soapmaker puts into her products is the icing on the cake. They smell good enough to eat but I’m sure that’s not recommended.
The beautiful scent of these soaps will fill any room. When you use it, you experience a thoroughly clean experience plus the added plus of feeling like you put lotion on your hands. Heavenly.
I love learning new skills in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond. Whether I’m making sourdough, preserving fresh produce, or formulating my next batch of goat milk soap, I’m always finding new things to learn – and I love sharing that journey with you.
Preserving My Sanity is my little corner of the internet where I share my experiences, recipes, and handmade goat milk soap and more. If you love natural living, homegrown food, and handmade goods, you’re in the right place!
