Generally speaking, we don’t offer refunds or returns.
However, we do accept returns and offer an exchange or refund if your product is defective or unsatisfactory in some way or if products are damaged during shipment. If any of these things happen, please email photos and details to darcy@preservingmysanity.com. I will be happy to discuss and do my best to remedy the situation. The total value of the resolution will not exceed the value of the original purchase.
Because of the nature of our handmade goat’s milk soap and other body care products, we are not able to accept returns due to personal preference.
Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable products.
