Whipped Body Butter

Handmade in small batches in my Minnesota kitchen, this Body Butter contains: Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil, Organic Unrefined Shea Butter, Organic Unrefined Cocoa Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Tapioca Starch, Natural Plant-Based Fragrance Oil.

Because I use unrefined cocoa butter and unrefined shea butter, they retain the original smell – especially the cocoa butter. Regardless of your choice you are still going to smell the cocoa butter and shea butter. I chose the fragrance with this in mind, but if you don’t appreciate the smell of cocoa butter you likely won’t appreciate this body butter. The alternative would be for me to use refined butters, but they go through extra processing and I prefer the raw/natural versions.

The body butter is relatively solid in the jar, but will soften and absorb easily once it touches your skin. There is no water or preservatives in this product, and it should be used within 3-6 months for optimal freshness.

Scents available include:
– Unscented – Though there is no fragrance or essential oils in this one, it still has the rich, lovely smell of raw cocoa butter and raw shea butter.
– Vanilla Tonka: This natural plant-based fragrance features notes of lemon, lily of the valley, coconut, jasmine, tonka bean, amber, palo santo, and musk.
