About This Soap:
Part of the Destination Collection, this handcrafted soap is made with beer in place of a portion of the goat milk, creating an extra bubbly lather. The natural sugars in the beer help boost the soap’s suds, making it a fun twist on a traditional goat milk soap recipe.

Swirls of red, white, and blue were inspired by the Coast Guard flag and the memories that helped shape this soap’s story. Made with locally sourced Minnesota goat milk, beer, olive oil, coconut oil, sustainably sourced palm oil, castor oil, and sunflower oil, it creates a creamy, long-lasting bar perfect for everyday use.

The Story Behind Destination: Galveston:
During the hectic final semester of college, I found myself wondering what came next. My internship was ending, graduation was approaching, and I was busy sending resumes anywhere that seemed remotely promising. Then one evening, a friend called with news that would change everything. Her internship in Texas had offered her a full-time position, and there happened to be a second opening.

A few weeks after graduation, we packed our cars and headed south. For a while, we were simply two South Dakota girls trying to find our place somewhere completely new. Thankfully, my extroverted friend insisted we get out and meet people. Before long, we found an incredible group who welcomed us without hesitation and made that chapter of life one I’ll never forget.

Years later, those experiences still stand out. This soap is a tribute to the adventures, celebrations, and connections that made that season so meaningful. The beer is a nod to countless gatherings and local traditions, while the colorful swirls honor the people who helped turn an unfamiliar place into something special.
