About This Soap:
Part of the Destination Collection, this handcrafted soap was inspired by one of the most historic and beloved cities in Texas. A base of green with delicate swirls of orange, red, and yellow give a festive vibe to this fun bar of goat milk soap.

Made with locally sourced Minnesota goat milk, mashed avocado, and a nourishing blend of olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil, this moisturizing bar creates a creamy, gentle lather perfect for everyday use.

The Story Behind Destination: San Antonio:
My latest Destination Series soap takes us to San Antonio, Texas! I’ve visited San Antonio twice over the years, and both trips found me spending time along the River Walk.

The first visit was shortly after I graduated from college and moved to Texas. A group of friends and I made the trip to explore the city.

A few years later, I returned for a conference. Like many work trips, most of my time was spent in hotel meeting rooms, but one afternoon we escaped long enough to enjoy margaritas and Mexican food at a restaurant along the River Walk.

One memory from that trip still makes me laugh. After dinner, a horse-drawn carriage driver offered our group a short ride back to the hotel. We happily climbed aboard, only to discover after we arrived that the ride cost something like $800. You can’t put a price on memories, right?

Inspired by those visits, Destination: San Antonio is made with avocado oil and real avocado, and scented with Sweet Orange Chili Pepper – a bright citrus fragrance with a little warmth and spice. The colorful design was inspired by San Antonio’s festive spirit, with vibrant shades that remind me of celebrations, great food, and sunny Texas afternoons.
